Bio
| Share about yourself with the community | My education and profession started in the field of Architecture (architecture degree Cal Poly, SLO). I started a nonprofit in 2012 called Local Earth focused on Regenerative Community Development and Ecovillage Design. I initiated, coordinated and organized a 2 year prototype EcoVillage project in Valley Center (2018-2020 / local-earth.org/eco-village).
I completed the Ecological Whole Systems Design Dimension of the “Design for Sustainability and Regeneration Program” with Gaia Education outlined below. I have also done extensive work in the other program dimensions: Social, Economic and Worldview. I have completed numerous Permaculture Design and Natural Building certifications. I have done the training and helped facilitate “Awakening the Dreamer Symposiums” with the Pachamama Alliance. I also completed the facilitator training with the “Transition Town Movement”. I have also been working as a solar consultant for the past 3 years. |
