“To me a fundamental part of regeneration is starting with damaged land, rather than land which is already forested, or in the process of natural regeneration.
Although there is also value in locking down forested or regenerating land so it won’t suffer overexploitation.
“Broken” farmland is a great place to start, but is a lot of work and time to regenerate.” -

Taking land that was deforested and recreating soil and plant life is a BIG WIN 🙂
