    Rewilding is different from conservation of wildlife and status quo. Conservation can mean attempting to restore nature to remembered states of wilderness, without being aware that these states might already represent a level of degradation. Rewilding is regenerating nature to its full glory of biodiversity and rich ecological landscape.
