  Sourcing from your current network and circles of trust

  Inventory of People You Already Know That Are Potential Members/Contributors

  Write down every name of possible contributors and key individuals who are connected to but maybe not directly involved with this project. This will help you build awareness of your social capital. Below are examples of roles you are looking for, not limited to only one of each.

  Examples Include:

  • Community connection

  • Possible volunteer / donor

  • Someone we know with skills we need

  • Family member / colleague / friend

  • Mentor / advisor

  • Professional service provider

  • Organizations you could tap for members
